central location high-quality food withered fruits poor housekeeping
the location is central and very close to many sights. breakfast was superb, offering high-quality food. the room was wonderful. the service was great.
my trousers were washed instead of being dry cleaned. the hotel only offered an apology and some withered fruits. housekeeping did not replace the facial tissue or empty the dustbins. the linen wasn't changed for three days.

The hotel's location is quite central. Breakfast met expectations.
The fridge contained leftover food. It had a bad odor. I booked connected rooms with a street view but received separate rooms on different floors.

Exquisite stay with perfect location
great location comfortable beds fresh ingredients
the hotel is in a great spot near many attractions like the opera house and parliament building shops are steps away i walked to the jewish quarter the christmas markets and the castle area are also easily accessible. the breakfast had fresh ingredients and was well-made i especially enjoyed the enormous counter space in the bathroom it was very convenient. the beds are very comfortable i slept soundly each night of my stay.
despite the hotel's many positive aspects i found the level of noise from building work on the floor above quite bothersome the staff seemed dismissive when i raised the issue and i believe this is an area that needs improvement .

the hotel sits centrally with attractions like the danube river and various shops nearby these landmarks are visible directly from several room windows adding to the appeal. bus and metro access are particularly convenient simplifying travel around the city.

the staff demonstrates great professionalism and helpfulness providing assistance with any inquiries or requests i had throughout my stay. the reception is well-managed and the concierge service upon arrival was very efficient streamlining the check-in process.

spacious room great food central location unfriendly staff air conditioning late cleaning
The rooms was spacious and the bathroom had plenty of space for all my things. i enjoyed the restaurant. The food tasted great. the location was really central. I could walk to many places i want to see.
I found some staff a little unfriendly, especially when i had questions during check-in. the room's air conditioning wasn't working right. It took too long for it to cool down. the room cleaning was late on a day. I had to wait for service.
